Canceling your order is easy! To cancel your order follow the steps below:

• Once logged in, you will arrive at your Dashboard
• Select the order that you want to make changes to by clicking on this dropdown.  
• Once you've selected the order you'd like to make changes to, scroll down on your Dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription'
• Scroll down and you will find the option to Cancel your Subscription. A pop-out will appear with a couple of steps to follow to complete the cancelation.
• Once the Subscription is canceled, you will automatically be redirected back to your Dashboard. To cancel additional subscriptions or to review past orders, please review the drop-down from bullet 2.

Note: If you cancel an order but choose to come back at a later date you will have to re-enter your meal preferences and dietary restrictions. If you just need a break, consider pausing your order for up to 4 weeks or switching to a one-time order.

If you are canceling your order, please be sure to do it before our order deadline closes on Thursday at 11:59pm. If it is after this deadline, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
